Well I have this Idea for a business idea. It would be an off roading paradise for all and every off road sport you can think of! And every part will be separate from others to avoid injuries. So there will be dirt bike trails, mud pits, race track, free style area. Same thing for ATV's again on separate areas. Same for Mud Trucks, Jeeps/truck rock climbing, BMX course, mountain bike trails. EVEN A RALLY CAR TRACK. There would be a cavern on the grounds with a sports bar, concert hall. And 1500-2500 Square foot shops to rent for people to have everything they need on site to do what they want or need! Anything and everything you can think off that has to do for off road And MORE I would like to be here. This is going to be a big project. And is going to require a lot of land.
