We encourage your comments, concerns and questions regarding any of the topics on our Facebook page, with the exception of those containing personal or case-specific information. The following types of comments will be immediately deleted:
1. Comments containing personal, private and/or case-specific information. We are required by law to keep your case information confidential and will not discuss your case on our public wall. To discuss your case confidentially, phone our Director's Helpline at 1-877-751-2972. Users who repeatedly post case-specific or confidential information on our page will be blocked for their own safety and to protect their confidential information.
2. Off-topic comments
3. Comments that include commercial advertisements and spam or promote services or products
4. Comments that incite or encourage illegal activity
5. Obscene, vulgar or offensive comments, including comments with foul language. Users who repeatedly post obscene, vulgar or offensive comments will be blocked from our page so as not to expose the rest of our online community to their comments.
6. Comments fostering, promoting or perpetuating discrimination
7. Libelous or defamatory comments
8. Comments containing specific or imminent threats. These comments will also be reported to the appropriate authorities.
9. Comments infringing on copyrighted or trademarked material.
