Three Agencies, Endless Possibilities Realizing that there are more possibilities when we work together, Oklahoma Health Home Partners formed in 2014 to create a statewide partnership of Behavioral Health Services that nearly covers the entire state! So what does that mean for you? It means we'll put your needs before our need to make a profit. It means that we hold ourselves to a higher standard, that of our peers. It means that we have 50 offices, servicing 54 counties, 421 direct and administrative staff members and 50 years of combined experience in the delivery of mental health services. It means that you can easily transfer services to almost anywhere in the state and receive seemless, quality care. It means that if we don't have the service you need, we know someone who does.
