Oldfield Surgery is a modern purpose-built general medical practice delivering a wide range of medical services to the local community.

Description

We are a friendly team of healthcare professionals and support staff, providing advice and treatment to residents in Oldfield Park and the surrounding area. We run an open surgery every weekday morning from 08.30 to 10.30 and from 14:00 to 16:00 every weekday afternoon. On Tuesdays and Thursdays we open slightly earlier, as we know that sometimes fitting in a visit to the surgery around a busy life can be challenging. We do have appointments available on a Saturday morning but these must be booked in advance. With a team of seven Doctors, a Nurse Practitioner, a Diabetes Nurse, three Practice Nurses and two Healthcare Assistants we provide a range of services including our busy travel vaccination clinic, and laser hair and blemish removal service. In addition to open surgery you can book specific appointments through our Reception Team. We have a Clinical Trials team on site who are often looking for patients to trial new and innovative treatments for specific conditions - look out for updates from them on this page. We also house Bath Oldfield Dental Centre on the first floor of the building, a branch of Hounsell and Green Pharmacy and over in our new wing both Hands on Health (providing private Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy and Chiropractic services) and Charlotte Hurd Health and Beauty Treatments. A number of other groups use our meeting room to run various services in the evenings - such as weight loss groups, pilates and NCT meetings - please see posters in the surgery for details.
