We meet weekly at Birth Rhythms Pregnancy and Parenting Health Center - 248 3rd Ave S. Tuesdays 4-5 pm. Free snacks and drinks available! Bring your belly, your baby, or a friend! We are open to everyone, even if you want to just come and chill out and meet some young women that are/have been in your shoes!

It can be really scary and you may not know what to do or how to tell your family and friends, we can help you with that. We can give you resources to make the best choices for you. Whats next?
