One Bird Yoga is a private yoga studio operated and directed by Robin Morin in Abbotsford, British Columbia. Robin first tried yoga out of curiosity, and it soon became the path for her to release the tension she holds onto from a busy day. In 2014 Robin completed and received certification for Parallel Yoga's 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. Her classes are Hatha based, the yoga of opposing forces. At One Bird Yoga students can expect physical movement that is kind to their bodies and calming to their minds, letting go of the chaos of a fast paced world and focusing on the right now. Robin wants her students to leave her classes feeling good.
