There are some considerable disparities between East Ward and the other wards in Newark. There is no collective identity as Newark families. Until that happens....Can that happen?

Well, it seems that at least 100 people think the Zuckerburg money should go to East Ward school construction.
School Development Authority-Mark Larkin is also in attendance. Along with hundreds of fired up East Ward reps. It's like OZ. But after a hurricane not a tornado.
