One Trick Pony With love of designing event dresses and fun swimwear, we offer a range of handmade pieces. Items can be made from a size 6 to a 14 in standard sizing or we also offer to can make them to your individual measurements I have a measurement chart that i can email out that explains where measurements should be taken from you also have the option of choosing what colour you'd like your garment made up in If you are local you may also stop by the showroom to be measured up and look through fabric and discuss options To place an order please leave a comment on the photo or send a private message thank you ** PLEASE NOTE ** Also we DO NOT do alterations (except on our own dresses, see conditions below) and are ONLY MAKE One Trick Pony designs:) thank you xo *** ONE TRICK PONY POLICY *** ordering, payments, deposits, refund, returns, change of mind ORDERING AND PAYMENT Payments for dresses can be made via bank deposit or cash in person Orders can be made via online by sending mysellf Sheridan Bobbins Onetrickpony a private message with the name of the item you would like, the colour and size required I will then email back with an invoice Once payment is received your order may take from 3 - 6 weeks to be completed depending on previous orders/workload If you require your dress to be made by a certain date please let me know at TIME OF PLACING ORDER so I able to say if we can make it in time DEPOSITS Orders made in person.. A 50% deposit is required on all orders at the time or order being placed before your items will be started This deposit amount in not refundable if you change your mind if costs have already occurred eg if your particular fabrics and other items have already been bought at my end before you have changed your mind then monies used for these purchases will be non refundable orders via internet.. full payment is required up front for your order to be started Same condtions apply as for orders made in person, if order is cancelled before the dress is completed and sent out a fee (costs that have occurred) is no refundable RETURNS AND REFUNDS After your dress is made and you have made payment unfortunately there is no refund on change of mind this means if you long longer like the colour, style, length etc If you are un-happy with your item and you deem it not what you hoped I am happy to have your dress altered Please bear in mind that if alterations are made as a change of preference on your behalf, costs my occur eg change hem, alter shape etc however if the alterations are required as the dress does not fit then we are happy to provide these alterations at our own expense (*conditions appy) For futher information or inquiries regarding these policies please feel free to conact via email sheridan@onetrickponyclothing.com or CONSUMER AFFAIRS VICTORIA direct on 1300 558 181
