WHAT WE DO: We invite all music enthusiasts, aspiring and established DJs to share their passion for music to an appreciative crowd in one of Bath's most established and best loved venues. HOW WE DO IT The Common Rooms is a small, chic, late night bar with a friendly crowd. For the exception of EDM and Hard House, most musical styles are welcome. Each DJ is given a 45 min slot. All that we ask is that you 'Like' our page, bring your friends and spread the word to like minded people. WHY WE DO IT We want to give aspiring and experienced DJs an opportunity to share some of their favourite tracks without the pressures of catering to a demanding dance floor. It's also a great way of meeting new industry people and making new friends. It's all about good music and having a good time. ◄◄ AVAILABLE DJ SLOTS ►► ★11:00 pm ★11:45 pm ★12:30 am ★01:15 am ★01:15 am DJs must bring their own headphones and music. Equipment available : 2 CDJ 350s + Pioneer DJM 350 Mixer. We can accommodate most laptops, CDs and USBs. One of our resident DJs will be on standby at all times to help you with any technical aspects to ensure you are set up and ready to play. NO - You can always come along and see if a slot is available for you to play on the night. However we recommend you reserve your DJ slot prior to the night to guarantee a spot. DJ Rota is published 24 hours before the event. ★ Can I bring a controller ? YES - providing it's no bigger than 23 cm x 17cm and it can be connected to a stand alone mixer through an RCA Phono Cable. ★ What music can I play ? The Common Rooms is a small and intimate late night bar with a great crowd. Residents find that small room sounds work better.
