Geelong is a town full of talented musicians. Open Mic nights are a place for everyone to be heard. At these nights we welcome solo artists, duos and depending on the location bands also. We welcome all types of music and there is no age limit. The open mics advertised on this page are currently running at 2 venues. Slate Pool Lounge and Beavs Bar. Slate is located at 50 Little Ryrie Street Geelong. Slate is a huge venue, so don't get lost when you get there. We'll be upstairs at the back bar. This is a night for everyone. There are pool tables, couches, friendly & fun staff and the alcohol is also at a good price. Beavs bar is located at 77 Little Malop Street and has been running open mics for years. Beavs is a well know music venue and a place for people of all ages to feel comfortable. Beavs runs every Wednesday night starting at 7.30. Slate's dates are to be advised.
