Peterborough Pulse this Saturday!
I was very excited to ride the new Charlton bike lane to work this morning, but ended up getting confused and then honked at while turning left onto Queen. There is now only 1 turning lane, and solid lines between the bike, straight and turning lane. I'll have to get into the turn lane at Hess, slowing down motor vehicle traffic. I foresee many more honks directed at me in my future.

It was a beautiful day to make the street your playground! Thanks to all of you who came out to enjoy a car-free day on James Street North.
Unlike last year, when it was raining like crazy, this year it is sunny and hot for Open Streets Hamilton (on today on James North from 11-6). One of my favourite days of the year to walk down James Street car free and fancy free. http://www.thismustbetheplace.ca/2015/06/open-streets/
