Outdoor Sessions are also available as one on one or small group training (5 max) I do not run large boot camp's because i feel fitness should be about personal goals, and large groups tend to fall away from that, i also pride myself in having never injured a client, and improving there injuries and flexibility to a level beyond they thought possible for themselves prior to training. I have a deep sporting history and have always had a passion for fitness and health. Without it i don't know where id be its my life.
