All fabrics come from suppliers which due limited exclusive fabric runs. I only bring in the amount needed for pre-orders with very little extra, so if you see something you like, message me letting me know :) Orca Tail Creations is an approved Maxaloone seamstress as well as compliant within Canadian Standards for product safety. We have our customers best interests in mind and we strive to create safe products. Orca Tail Creations products are handmade. With that in mind please note that there are likely to be some differences between the products terms of size and placement. All fabrics has been pre-washed and pre-shrunk but some shrinkage and fading may still occur. Due to the nature of some fabrics it is recommended that all products are washed in cold water and dried on low heat. Orca Tail Creations also tries to use as much of the fabric as possible to cut down on salvage so the pants may have different trims and accents. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS. If a product is faulty, please message me immediately. All items are shipped using a flat rate of $15. I use Canada Post parcel service so tracking will always be applied to orders. Orca Tail Creations prides itself on sourcing superior quality materials, which most come from the United States from custom fabric groups. I love being able to offer fabric prints that you do not see every day. In doing so, we are at the mercy of the Canadian dollar and sadly over the past year or so it has been a struggle to get these amazing materials at a decent price. I have people who often ask me why my prices are set the way they are. Most of the garments take over an hour to complete and I take my time to make sure they are perfect. Between the time and the cost of materials a price is created. Is it more than your big box store, yes it is and the reason being is that they are better quality, one of a kind, and not mass produced. I pride myself on you loving your purchases and sharing the word with friends over my products.
