Putting a smile on peoples face, knowing i've made a difference to their day is my passion, its addictive.. Making people feel good about themselves is something i live for.. I was born into the hairdressing industry. In the 80's my mother owned her own hair salon in East London.. i was practicaly born there.. Growing up i spent most of my time in the salon environment.. i have the earliest memories of handing up rollers to my mum whiles she was doing a set or the perm papers while doing a perm... Shampooing on Saturdays etc. As i grew older i started experimenting.. as i was giving tint bowls to wash up in the back i used to think 'what would happen if i put some of this stuff on my own hair'.... then it all started.. i used to put left over tints randomly in my hair... creating rather odd and silly things.. which i thought was pretty cool at the time when you about 7 years old ...when i was 15 years of age i started working every saturday while at school at my local salon in north london.. shampooing all day for a couple of pounds and getting 25pence tips from the elderly ladies lol I loved the fast moving pace of the salon life.... Once i finished 6th form and the International Baccalaurete Diploma programme, i started training full time by a vidal sassoon accreddited salon. This is where i flourished amd my true tallent for creativity surfaced... within 9 or so months i had worked up and created a unique bond and relationship with my colleuges and clientelle.. and was giving my own client column ... I soon became more and more interested with the fashion and photography industry.. where i started volunteering on promotional fashion photoshoots where i was styling hair and soon became creating entire wardrobes for the models styling the fashion.. as well as directing the photography... my Passion Continues.....
