ORIE, LLC had its humble beginning in 1976 when high school friends Jack Orie and Steve Zivic formed the law firm Orie & Zivic. Both Jack and Steve were immediately trying cases right out of law school and decided to combine their efforts. The firm’s first three cases were a motorcycle accident, a criminal extortion case, and an estate. Since this modest beginning, the firm has prided itself on being able to represent all types of clients in all types of cases. In 2012, Steve decided to become more selective with the estates he administered. The name of the firm changed to ORIE, LLC when Jack and his son, Jon, became partners. Continuing in the firm’s longstanding tradition of litigation and trial work, ORIE, LLC continues to represent and advise clients on a wide variety of legal issues. Since the firm’s beginning in 1976, ORIE, LLC continues to handle a wide variety of cases for its clients. From wrongful death to criminal defense, medical malpractice to estate administration, defamation to employment discrimination, ORIE, LLC prides itself on being able to assist its clients on almost any legal issue. No case is too big, no client is too small.
