Description
1895 Victorian two story house with cottage in back, originally built as a room and boarding house for visiting mine employees. Stencilled wall and trim throughout the house by Pat, also many antiques and unique features abound. A new kitchenette area on second floor with dining area, adds to a vacation rental amenities now provided. We offer 2 cottages, 1 pet friendly, plus our 2nd floor cottage style apartment. We provide a choice of properties and locations to fit most needs. Relocation, long term stays or family reunions. We love Colorado and know all visiting will leave a bit of their "hearts" here!
