Vintage chic. Carefully chosen. Just for you. I woke on Saturday 8 October 2012 with the notion that I would buy a new sewing machine, fabrics and haberdashery and start creating... By 9.30am, my new shiny black sewing machine was ordered and paid for and I was rummaging through the piles of fabric in my local treasure trove! On Monday afternoon, I collected my machine and got straight to work... Did my first ever farmers market and craft fair just four weeks later and in Janary 2013, I have dozens of happy customers, many of whom return for more! July 2014, the new set up of 'travelling gift emporium' means that O&H could come to a place in the UK close to you! 27 February 2015 is the GRAND OPENING DAY of our first shop and all are welcome. It all began with 'one girl, one sewing machine' and the demand for fabulous gifts and home decor quickly meant that goodies had to be sourced with care, attention to detail and an eye for continuing to provide items when requested and to keep delighting the followers of O&H because I couldn't create gorgeous goodies quickly enough to keep up! - it is entirely down to each and every one of you that our range has expanded to the point where we are now a 'Gift Emporium' - Thank You Going forward, if you wish to see new designs, please ask and we shall do all we can to provide them at competitive prices with unbeatable customer service. General Info
Owl & Heartflower Gift Emporium We offer a delightful array of gifts, home decor, jewellery, scarves, bags and much more. Our ever expanding ranges are brought to you in an old fashioned way, with personal service and attention to detail. Terms and Conditions Goods bought from the gift emporium which are delivered with any defect will be replaced with like for like items once the faulty goods are returned. A credit will be made to cover first class postage too if you need to return any item. Where no replacement is available, an alternative may be chosen to the same purchase value or a credit note will be issued which is valid for 12 months from date of receipt of return. In the cases where this is not acceptable, a full refund will be issued, once the goods are received back at Owl & Heartflower. Gift certificates and credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. All items are posted in the UK first class, orders with a value of £50 and above will qualify for tracked carriage which includes insurance for peace of mind. Tracked orders will require a signature on receipt and may need to be collected if unavailable when delivery is attempted. Free local delivery is available in some instances, please message us for details and to see if you qualify. Custom orders will be made in full consultation with the customer and once fabrics and designs are chosen and agreed, the order cannot be changed. Full refunds will be given for cost of item only should a custom order not be suitable. Customer will be responsible for payment of return postage of items which need to be returned in a fully re-saleable condition and original postage will not be refunded on custom orders.
