ABOUT PACIFIC NORTHWEST DETAILING LTD. Since its inception in 1997, Pacific Northwest Detailing Ltd. has been serving the needs of structural steel fabricators and consultants and has been involved in all phases of structural steel detailing and structural steel engineering for virtually every type of structure. Pacific Northwest Detailing Ltd. is dedicated to providing steel detailing and engineering services that go beyond supplying steel fabrication drawings that meet "basic" shop and field requirements. Our personnel continue to stress the innovative approach in all assignments. Structural steel detailing with ingenuity and the ability to apply original thinking to the solution of complex problems has benefited our company and our many clients. OUR PERSONNEL Pacific Northwest Detailing Ltd. has a production capability in excess of 500 man-hours per week. Most staff members came from the ranks of steel fabricators and brought with them a complete knowledge of fabrication and erection procedures. OUR SERVICES OFFERED Our services include pre-bid estimating and material take-off as well as structural and miscellaneous steel detailing and checking. We offer both manual detailing as well as CAD detailing services. We utilize both manual and CAD detailing although the vast majority of our production is done using AutoCAD 2000. Our personnel are able to handle the most complex 3D work utilizing AutoCAD 2000 3D as well as other software. Our total office personnel of (10 - 14) include detailers, checkers and project managers and senior management. We have access to other quality detailers and “partner” with other local firms as projects require.
