The Paleo Cafe is an innovative and revolutionary business model combining both a retail store and unique health food cafe, based on the Paleo Diet. Paleo Cafe is the first of its kind in Australia and the WORLD! At Paleo Cafe we are proud to be different. We adopt the paleo philosophy which is not a diet, it is a lifestyle. The paleo lifestyle is about eating and living as mother nature intended. That means eating a good variety of meat, seafood, eggs, fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds and berries. Avoid eating dairy, grains, sugars and preservatives which our bodies were not designed to digest. Make sure you get enough sleep, exercise, play time and laughter. The benefits of adopting the paleo lifestyle include weight loss, better skin, teeth, hair and nails, improved sleep, balance energy levels throughout the day, increased results from exercise, stable blood sugar, anti-inflammatory, reduced allergies, improved self confidence and general wellness. Yes, paleo is 100 % gluten free and it has been around for 2.5 million years so it is not a fad! If this lifestyle appeals to you, then our team is here to support you every step of the way! Welcome to Paleo Cafe! Paleo Cafe is a convenient, single point of reference for Paleo food supplies (including convenient pre-made meals and snacks), educational material, natural and organic baby products, natural supplements, vitamins, medicines and sport and performance products, at competitive prices. There is a strong emphasis on education and promoting healthy eating and living. Our customers are recommended to contact Whole 9 South Pacific for any specialist nutritional and medical advice required. Books are available for purchase and the cafe also contains a library of Paleo information and cookbooks. Recipe idea cards are available to customers to encourage and educate them to cook paleo at home. Paleo Cafe serves great coffee (Elixir), fresh juices and smoothies, coconut ice-cream and high quality healthy breakfast and lunch meals and snacks, without the temptation of unhealthy food options. The Paleo Cafe is an upbeat, positive and friendly environment where customers can enjoy convenient health food shopping and eating whilst being surrounded by like minded people who are passionate about the Paleo way of living or healthy living generally. We hope you love it as much as we do! Franchising Opportunities now exist Australia-wide. For more information download our Franchise Brochure from our website: or contact Jai on 0409 764662

I've been asked to comment on "how parents are getting their kids into this (Paleo) culture". How did you get your family into the Paleo lifestyle? Do you have any tips to share? For me, it really is about firstly eliminating non-Paleo ingredients from the home. Then removing any rules about a traditional or typical dish and just enjoying fresh whole food, with lots of variety, with creative combinations and creations to keep things exciting. For lunchboxes, the same process applies - fresh whole food, with lots of variety, with creative combinations. Roast meat, vegetables, salads, fruit, coconut water and some Paleo treats from time to time is what Troy will typically enjoy in his lunchbox. Another step for the family is to learn that food comes from nature, not packets. A veggie garden and fruit trees at home are a great way to show this to them. We also stress the importance of sleep as well as play time, not just for the kids but the adults too! I would love to hear your tips too so that I can pass them on to those wanting to know! Thanks, Marlies x
