Description

We are a friendly family run business and we pride ourselves on the personal relationship we have with our customers. We have been in operation since 1987 and have built up a large customer base across East Kent. We all know how frustrating it is when you call a company and you are offered 10 options, non of which suit your enquiry. If you call our landline, your call will be answered by Val (the V in P&V Quenby, Patrick being the P) or occasionally the answer phone, in which case we’ll call you back very soon. Our engineers carry most spares with them, so you will not usually have to wait for any repairs to be completed. We service and repair most makes and models of oil fired boiler, and we endeavour to attend emergency breakdown calls on the same day provided we receive a phone call before 3pm. If not we will always call the next day. We also operate a service reminder system so you won’t need to remember when your annual service is due.
