A 5 star Google review. Thanks Tanner, we hope to see you again but not in the same manner. Give us a call if you ever need us for a tow. Tanner Neves a week ago- Allthough having your car towed is never fun- when I arrived at location I was greeted by a friendly guy named AJ. I was having a particularly rough day as I had no proof of insurance. As a texas state law they cannot release the vehicle- aj was very friendly and assistive in this matter and went above and beyond in helping me with my insurance company to get my car out. I hope I don't have to go back hah, but at least they made the process easier.

Needing to fill position for a flatbed driver. MUST currently hold an active TDLR License for Incident Management or private property license. A dual license driver/vsf employee is helpful but not required, but a current TDLR license is. Must have flat bed experience, must be able to handle work load with no problems, quick response time is a must. We are only seeking team players and motivated people. Contact AJ for more information or swing by our office to fill out an application. Please have your TDLR License and Drivers License with you when applying.

A State Statute that has recently started being enforced towards tow company's picking up a car from a vehicle storage facility requires a copy of the cab card from the wrecker picking up the car. I've done this several times and not once have I been questioned, until recently. The Vehicle Storage Facility Operator (VSF Employee) questioned me in a tone that told me he had no idea how big we were. He said, "y'all have this many trucks?" I had to smile as this was my chance to hang out in my natural state of mind and smart off at the mouth. I responded with, did you always think we were just a small rinkie dink wrecker service here in Lubbock? He responded that they thought I was the only one working under the name Panhandle Recovery. I was quick to inform him that we have the north half of Texas covered by our trucks, not just where we are politically accepted. From as far north as Liberal Kansas, to as far south as Fort Stockton Texas, West from Hobbs, NM, and East to Greenville, Tx we are pounding the pavement. We have the lower half of Oklahoma covered as well. So now I just want to let each of you know, we are no small town Mom and Pop repo/tow company, We are Panhandle Recovery.

Hello facebook friends, Panhandle Recovery wants everyone to be safe and arrive to your destination safely. Most of the over passes and fly overs are covered in ice and there is at least one accident at each one, please try to stay on surface roads and PLEASE PLEASE watch for emergency personnel that are out working these accidents. Stay at home it at all possible is our recommendation as the wet roads are icing over quickly.
