What are Children's Centres? The Park St & Radlett Link Children's Centres provide a place where the under-5s can get involved in a range of both play and early learning activities. We're open 5 days a week, and it's always loads of fun for the little ones. We also offer child care, family support, health services and outreach services for parents, grandparents and carers - as well as training and employment advice for those that require it.
