Description
We run chair based exercise classes every Tuesday. The first class is at 12.30pm and the second class is at 2.30pm. The classes last an hour and afterwards we have refreshments. There is a little standing required if people want too, but we will not force any-one to stand if they do not want too ! Cost of each class is £3.00 Transport is available for the second class via Wandsworth Community Transport.
