FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO READ OUR FAQs BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER OR SENDING AN INQUIRY. PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOURS FOR RESPONSE TO INQUIRIES. WE ANSWER MESSAGED/EMAILS DURING OUR FREE TIME OR IN BETWEEN ORDERS. Please read the following frequently asked questions: Do you do rush orders? Yes BUT there is a $1.50 fee per item. Shipping is NOT included in this fee. This does NOT apply to etched glasses, their processing time is 2-3 days. Bags, tags, invitations and thank you cards take 2-3 weeks. What does RUSH ORDER mean? It means you need your order in less than the 2 weeks it takes me to make a normal order of 10-30 bags, so this means that your order is started on IMMEDIATELY so therefore all your requests, changes, special requests NEED TO BE MADE WHEN YOUR ORDER IS PLACED via email to us. When does this fee apply? If you are placing an order and you need it 2 weeks or in less time from the day you are ordering the fee will apply. Example: You contact me on Sunday place AND pay your order Sunday. You need your order to come in no later than this upcoming Saturday….. THE FEE APPLIES! I also have a family if you place an order with this time frame I will be working late hours (more hours than the normal order) to complete it in time to be shipped to you to make it by the time you have your party, I can NOT give you MY time and supplies FOR FREE! Plan ahead if you do not wish to pay a late fee. What about etched glassware? If you order a bulk order it depends on the amount, if you order 1-2 pieces normal production time is 1-3 days before it ships. There is no RUSHING or RUSH order Fee for this. Why is shipping so high for etched glasses? Shipping is based on weigh, some glasses, mugs especially tend to be heavier. Do you charge sales tax? ONLY if you are a TEXAS resident you will be charged sales tax Who is your supplier? I DO NOT REVEAL OUR SUPPLIERS TO CUSTOMERS. I messaged you and told you my order why have I not heard from you/received my order? I will NOT start on any order until it is PAID IN FULL! Messaging me what you want does not mean you have placed an order when you have paid for your order then I will start on your order. Can I have a discount? OUR PRICES ARE FINAL. We have the most reasonable prices, don’t believe us? Check out the competition! We do have occasional giveaways and offer discounts. I sent out packages in priority boxes since they are hard and provide protection to your products. Some bags I am able to fit in a normal manila envelope BUT order such as Zoo animals, Hello Kitty, Dora, Doc MCStuffins, etc… need to be protected so they are not torn or bent at arrival. Can I return my item for a refund or exchange? NO ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! Can you send me samples? Sample are provided in the form of picture message or email me to get pictures info@party-timeindustries.com Do you deliver in El Paso, Las Cruces or Juarez? Yes but there is a fee. Just please do not ask me to copy a design you saw on pinterest, if you have a theme you can't find anything for let me know and I will come up with something for you!
