Our name, Pasco, a latin derivation for "feed and graze", was a natural result of our dedication to this philosophy. It hails from the original root word of pasture – the feed of the farm. OUR ROOTS ...are our family of staff, farmers & partners to which the quality of our menu & service is attributed. We source our ingredients from outstanding local farms and purveyors.
