About the Trainer: I have been a personal trainer since 2010. I had an awesome mentor who now runs a successful martial arts dojo at cannon park (Oceanic Health and Fitness). I have worked for myself, ran bootcamps for the lovely ladies from Rise and Shine, and now work for the JCU Fitness Centre. Along with my personal training qualifications I have student knowledge of various martial arts, and am a level 1 Pilates Instructor. I know my strengths as a trainer are helping clients with toning, weight loss and overall fitness goals. My weakness as a trainer is training clients who want mass gains, however; I am always willing to learn and improve. As a psychology student at JCU I also believe that I am able to help my clients reach their fitness potential.
