Paul Dilks has 20 years experience in the mortgage industry meeting the needs of his clients. He has been working with seniors for the last 5 years through the vehicle of reverse mortgages. He is very attentive to the needs of his customers, and much of his business is referrel-based, from elder law attorneys, accountants, and financial planners. When Paul started in the mortgage business, there was nothing more rewarding than helping someone with the biggest financial decision they were going to make in their lives. When he closed his first reverse mortgage over five years ago, he found that same passion about keeping someone in their home through a reverse mortgage. Although people accomplish different goals through a reverse mortgage, the peace of mind and stress relief that many people receive as a result is as rewarding for Paul as it was 20 years ago. Paul is very active in the community and belongs to the Knights of Columbus. He has also becom involved with ALS (Lou Gehrigs disease) and the Alzheimers Association in order to gain perspective when dealing with the needs of some of his clients. Paul is married with a son and a daughter and coaches baseball, softball, basketball, and soccer in his Washington Township community. He enjoys league bowling with his father every week, enjoys traveling throughout country, and always sees the best in people in whatever their situation.
