It's less painful than having your teeth pulled and slightly more fun - I promise!! My New Year got off to a good start today when I received this feedback a customer had sent through: "Our adviser Paul Breslin has been and continues to be a very good and reliable source of support and advice for us ....so much so we have completed all our personal business with Paul and we have been so happy we are now processing our business requirements with Paul and Charles Derby. the service is excellent and the customer care is second to none." I was delighted to read this, as they are a lovely couple, but more so because it was unprompted. I'm hoping this year, I'll be able to help you too.

Afternoon everyone! Do you have a mortgage? Is it coming to the end of your deal? Is this the year you're thinking about moving? Do you like something for free??? Whatever your situation is, now may be the time to review it. The Bank of England base rate has stayed at it's lowest level ever since 2009, but it won't last forever. You could be in a position to take advantage of some exceptionally low fixed rates, or even some discounted or tracker rates. I can give you access not just to every mortgage rate available across the country, but also some exclusives that are ONLY available through my network. But that isn't the only reason to contact me. You may have found that a lot of mortgage advisers directly charge you a fee for reviewing your loan- whether they can help or not. This can range from £250 to up to as much as £900!! For a limited period of time, I will have no review fee. To take advantage of this, email me at email@example.com, call or text on 07810 021048, or PM me here on Facebook.
Evening people!! I had a conversation with a lovely couple yesterday about life and critical illness cover. The husband felt it wasn't something that he wouldn't need anytime soon, and his wife 'didn't believe' in life cover!! No-one can predict what's round the corner, but I took them to the link below, completed the 5 bits of information needed, and they were shocked with the outcome!! Talking to them further after this, the real reasons came out. The husband was worried about the costs, and his wife just didn't like talking about things like that as it made her think about dying. Unfortunately, I can't stop people falling ill or dying (I'm good, but I'm not that good!!), but I can help ease the financial worries or burdens that both of these can cause. Take the challenge - click on the link, and then contact me for a no obligation review of your current arrangements. http://riskreality.co.uk/charlesderby
Afternoon people! I have a special offer coming up - should be tonight. Keep your eyes peeled - and share this as much as you can please!!
Morning all!! Remember-competition finishes at midday tomorrow!!
Evening troopers!! In the next couple of days, I will be running a wee competition. I can't offer gorgeous nails like some of my friends. I can't even offer glitzy, sparkly glasses like my pals at Wee Party can!!! But Ill have something up for grabs soon. Keep watching and see what it is!!
More new products available!! With the continuing uncertainty of the economy, I can now offer Unemployment cover as a stand alone policy! Contact now for details.
I have another favour to ask!! On the back of a message I received, could I ask everyone who has 'liked' my page previously to either like this post or put a comment on it please?!? Many thanks everyone!!
Competition has now.........CLOSED!!! The winner will be announced as soon as my Independent Adjudicator is off the Skype to her Uncle in Australia.... Best of luck to everyone who shared!
Calling all parents whose children attend St Bridgets!! Sorting out your finances can now benefit the school!! Initial review of your existing arrangements FOR FREE!! I will discuss your current life and critical illness cover, savings and investments for no cost!! If however we can improve your position, there will be a benefit of 10% from all new arranged policies given to the school funds!! AND if you pass my details onto any of your friends or family, then the school will still benefit!! So, dig out those old plans that you took out YEARS ago and have never looked at since - perhaps they're no longer fit for the purpose you initially got them for?? Maybe your circumstances have changed?!? Whatever the reason, this could help boost the school funds (and maybe reduce the amount of times during the year you need to give them £1 or £2 for events!!) Clearly, I don't know every parent in the school, so if you could possibly share this as wide as you can, then the greater the chance that the school can benefit. Call me on 07810021048, or pm me on here for a chat or an appointment.
