New customers, senior citizens, police, military, and fire and rescue professionals all enjoy discounts ranging from 20 percent to 30 percent. While walk-ins are welcomed on a first come, first served basis. Pens and Needles encourages clients looking for a tattoo to schedule a consultation, or an appointment.
