Concert/Garage Sale/Charity/Auction/Live Art Event in the beginning stages of seeking out sponsorships in order to make this happen Summer '15.

Description

People Helping People will be a charitable event for all ages and walks of life. It will promote happiness, health, art and overall well being. With competitive news coverage, local and national celebrities, non-stop entertainment, great location, lots of local businesses, charities and the right advertising the public will feel the NEED to attend. Not only will they attend PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE they'll want to come back NEXT YEAR. PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE will represent the four elements. "CHARITY (Earth) ...Shall be tilled deeper throughout our city connecting various roots growing life to a higher ground of living, caring, sharing and loving. Helping San Antonio set a better example throughout the country." For example, All yard sale participants MUST be willing to donate at LEAST 10-25% of their proceeds to a charity of their choice WITH a representative of said charity present in exchange for their free booth. "MUSIC (air)...Shall graciously flow through the atmosphere a beautiful intoxicating rhythm promoting and invoking positive emotions." Already set are local singers, bands and live art to accompany. A lot of your financial help will help provide a great national act for all to enjoy with our very own "human light show". "ART (fire)...Shall illuminate the entire scene scorching all senses with delight and awe." Throughout the daytime events there will be live art. Sales. Graffiti art battles LIVE ON STAGE with the musical acts all consisting of a charitable theme. The art can be auctioned at the end of the night with proceeds going towards charities. There will be body painting for spectators to view and face painting for the kids. Lots of summer fun! "YARD SALE (water)... Shall flow throughout every crevice of the city as we rid ourselves of that which we have an abundance of. Redirecting it's energy while making it AFFORDABLE, profitable and NURTURING." Local celebrities and a couple businesses grouped into a yard sale will definitely bring out the people who seek out a piece of history from various household names. This event will have plenty to offer such as an actual FUN learning section for the kids, auctions, silent auctions, recognition, businesses socializing with other businesses aiding in more profitable and more importantly CHARITABLE events in the future. We will hit not only ONE demographic but ALL demographics. HARD. We want to MAKE ART HAPPEN. LOCATION. We want the Sunken Garden Theater. It's in a prime location for daytime family activities located directly across the street from our San Antonio Zoo and right next door to our lovely Japanese Tea Garden. Thus area is inhabited by locals and tourist every weekend. They won't be able to STOP themselves from joining in. WHO and WHY? At this point if your still asking yourself "Who ARE these people and why should we fund them?" I'll tell you. We are natives of this land who seek a positive change. We are the idea people. WE are the SHARKS. Determined. We know from EXPERIENCE with past events on a smaller scale that turned out bigger than planned that not only do we as individuals bring a crowd but San Antonio has a HUGE giving heart. NETWORKING You will benefit from sponsoring this event because WE will see to it that your company name and/or logo is in everything advertised. There WILL be celebrities. You will be connected to helping launch the career of a very promising and profitable country band. You will be a part of something never done before in San Antonio. PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE will further connect your business with the improvement of San Antonio. A city that is growing by the minute and home of the NBA Championship winners, The Spurs, who we are ALSO aiming at being guests for this event. We are not profiting from this event ourselves. This is purely helping others and helping other businesses and people help other people. PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE VISUALLY AUDIBLY SOCIALLY LOVINGLY TOGETHER we are ALL artists.
