Great news! Matty is stable, as are the other puppies, and he's expected to make it! But they still need a lot of treatment before they're ready for adoption. Pet Adoption League - Waiting Dogs & Cats has a GoFundMe account for the pups and they're just shy of their goal.

Haikey Creek Puppies update: Matty. Jan 5 225PM. Blood work on Matty is back. No worse than expected. He is stable enough to move from the Tulsa Animal Emergency Center to our regular vet at Heritage Animal Hospital. Where he will still be in isolation acute care. His condition is still very serious. But we now have some hope he will pull through this. A huge thank you to the remarkable staff at Animal Emergency Center, Inc. Matty would not have come this far without them.

Haikey Creek Box Puppies Update: January 5 10 AM. There are five boys and one girl. Matty, Jasper, Olly, Kip, Maxwell, and Zoe. Matty is a little more alert and we've got some tail wags but he hasn't eaten at all today. He ate a bite yesterday and kept it down. They are doing blood work this morning that should give us a prognosis on Matty....good or bad. We should get results in about two hours. His outcome is still unknown. The other five puppies are considered stable. All have received fluids. Two are on antibiotics. Jasper the white one is the sickest of those five. Your donations and support has been amazing. There is no way we could have provided this type of acute care without your help. From the bottom of our hearts... thank you. Tail waggies from the six box puppies. Update: 1pm. Zoe and Olly both on meds and Vomiting. Jasper is a little perkier but still no food. The other two haven't shown any signs. No more info on Matty yet. Haikey Creek Puppies update: Matty.
