We are a therapy centre with a difference! We offer high quality treatments such as acupuncture, osteopathy, massage therapies and counselling and use the proceeds from these sessions to support people with mental, emotional or physical health issues.

Description

Phoenix Health and Wellbeing is an independent charity based in Leeds City centre. We offer support, in the form of counselling and complementary therapies to people with mental and physical health issues. The people that we support are referred to us by medical professionals, health workers or other charities. They can lead very socially isolated lives. This can often be reflected in their perceptions of themselves, their sense of isolation and level of self-care. Our therapy treatments provide real contact with another person in a safe environment enabling the client to experience care and to feel genuinely valued as an individual. One of the ways that we fund our charitable work is to offer high quality treatments to fee paying clients. The proceeds of these treatments then go towards funding our charitable work. Another source of funding is massage in the workplace. Our therapists go into companies and give stress relieving treatments to employees during their working day. So if you want to have a body work treatment or have a group of 6 or more colleagues at work who want a work place massage then get in touch. You will get a wonderful treatment and be happy in the knowledge that the money that you are spending is going to a very good cause.
