PIER 39 has convenient visitor parking in the PIER 39 Garage, located directly across the street from the Entrance Plaza. The PIER 39 Garage is open 24-hours a day, seven days a week and has a vehicle clearance of 6 ft. 8 inches high. PIER 39 Parking Garage 2350 Stockton Street (between Beach St & North Point St) San Francisco, CA 94133 The "F Market & Wharves" trolley runs along Market St. Downtown San Francisco, along The Embarcadero and stops directly in front of PIER 39. There are several San Francisco Municipal lines that take you to within 2 city blocks from PIER 39: 9X/9AX/9BX San Bruno Express, 39 Coit, 47 Van Ness, 49 Van Ness-Mission, and 10 Townsend. Coming from outside of San Francisco, ferries are available through Blue & Gold Fleet from Vallejo, Alameda, Oakland, Sausalito and Tiburon on a daily basis.
