Description

PPWS was founded in 1986 by ten watercolor artists living in the Pikes Peak region of Colorado. They held their first exhibit in Colorado Springs in March of 1988. The Pikes Peak Watercolor Society is a nonprofit organization of approximately 120 Signature and Associate members. Associate Members can attain Signature Membership by being juried into three PPWS approved exhibitions. Associate Membership is open to any adult in the US by application submitted with yearly dues of $35.00. Information on membership can be obtained by sending a request to: PPWS Membership, P.O. Box 355, Colorado Springs, CO 80903. Forms and more information about PPWS can be found on our website: www.pikespeakwatercolorsociety.org We invite you to be a guest at one of our monthly meetings held at 6:00 PM on the third Wednesday of each month (except July) at the Cottonwood Center for the Arts, located in downtown Colorado Springs at 427 E. Colorado Avenue.
