Description

Pittsburgh Fulton PreK-5 is a neighborhood school located in Highland Park that also houses a French International Studies Magnet. It is a K - 5 school that also houses 2 pre-kindergarten class. There is a magnet and nonmagnet class at each grade level. All students are taught the district curricula in reading, math, social studies, science and related arts. Student activities include chorus, basketball, swimming track teams and other activites. Partnerships include the Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium, Club One, Dance Alloy, Family Links, East End Cooperative Ministries, and the Kiwanis International. There is strong parental involvement through the Fulton Parent Teacher Organization and the Fulton Parent School Community Council.

This is a courtesy reminder that our next EFA meeting will be Thursday, December 4, 2014! As you may know, the goal of the EFA meeting is to provide valuable resources and information regarding education to parents. EFA meetings create a space for district leadership and parents to come together and discuss topics that are important to both groups. Agenda items include: • 2015 District Budget • Parent University • Steering Committee As always, we will be meeting at Sci-Tech. Dinner will be served at 5:30 pm and we will begin promptly at 6pm.
