Platinum Pool Service began with a vision to become experts in the field beginning with superior customer service and professionalism. However we didn't want to stop at that, we are constantly pursuing advanced knowledge in the pool and spa industry ensuring we are on the forefront of industry advancements in our community. Since our inception we have been striving to meet those goals in a number of ways. Platinum Pool Service has nationally certified swimming pool operators and are members of the American Pool and Spa Association and we have been on the Better Business Bureau Honor Roll for 3 years in a row. In order to stay consistent with Platinum’s original vision of gaining advanced knowledge in the swimming pool industry we have completed a number of training classes and seminars throughout the nation from coast to coast. Platinum has also teamed up with established pool companies in other markets such as Kansas, Missouri, and Iowa. Visiting these other markets and working with other established pool companies has allowed us to bring the best technology, service practices, and experience to the Omaha market. We are a full service swimming pool service company that can every swimming pool need from chemical delivery to remodels.
