Dr. Poe aims to help busy people achieve more optimal health through personalized whole food nutritional supplementation, purification and detoxification programs, and other forms of natural health services. She believes in the synergy of Western and Holistic/Alternative Medicine, which can elicit tremendous results. On the contrary, there are some situations that can be remedied with lifestyle changes, nutrition, and alternative medicine alone. Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a MBA in Marketing, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Holistic Health, and a PhD in Alternative Medicine. She received a Post-Graduate certificate from the Texas Chiropractic College. She is a member of the American Naturopathic Medical Association and certified by the American Alternative Medical Association. Dr. Poe is a wife and Mom of three. She understands the demands of work and home life. Therefore she offers Holistic Health consultations virtually via phone, FaceTime and Skype to help accommodate busy individuals who want to live a healthier lifestyle.
