When starting pole you never really know what to expect, here are some of the FAQ & the answers. Do I need to bring anything? - Yourself, shorts & a smile! Also water muscles don’t work well when dehydrated! You may also want to bring a small towel to keep your skin dry during the class. Please do not wear rings, watches, bracelets, dangly earrings or necklaces to class. But I don’t have any upper body strength - will I be able to do it? - Everyone starts somewhere. You can’t expect to be a pro on your first lesson. The moves we do on and around the pole will build up the muscles you need Do I need to be super skinny? - No, no and no! Pole professionals come in all shapes and sizes and all began at square one. If you continue with your pole journey and practice regularly, you will start to see your body shape changing (provided this is supported with an appropriate healthy diet). I don’t need to wear high heels, do I? -Not at all. Students learn in bare feet. This way teaches you to support your own balance and weight. What will I get out of pole dancing? -LOADS! Your fitness, strength and flexibility will improve and you will gain confidence. You may also have the opportunity to go to workshops & meet pole dancers from all around the world. Private or Group Classes? -We offer Group classes & private. Group sessions allow you to develop a well rounded pole education with a group of friends, tone up, get a great cardio workout and learn a variety of beautiful tricks, spins and transitions. Private sessions allow you (and up to two others) to progress your pole work in a way tailored specifically to you, working intensively on your personal goals with undivided attention. A combination of group and private classes is a good choice for most students. Class time table Monday - 18.00 & 19.00 Tuesday - 1.30 , 18.00 & 19.00 Wednesday - 18.00 & 19.00 Thursday - 18.00 & 19.00 Friday - 13.00 Saturday - 13.00 Sunday 17.30 & 18.30 Beginner block - £30 - 4x1 Hour Bronze - £40 - 4x1 hour Silver - £50 - 6x1 hour Gold - £60 - 10x1 hour Private lessons available outside class times. Birthdays, hen partys & girls night available.
