Portion Perfection is a pictorial guide to eating the right portion size for men women or children aiming to lose or maintain their weight. The system is very easy to use and the full Portion Perfection kit comes with actual portion plates and bowls so you know you're getting the serving size right. The latest addition to the kit is the Australian Healthy Snack Bible which shows over 250 snack options in the right portion size and identifies which are healthy enough to eat every day and which should just be occasional indulgences. There's also a complete set for those with a gastric band or sleeve.
