Portland City Boxing is owned & operated by Jeff Marlow owner of the Princeton Athletic Club in the Governor Hotel, with over 30 years of gym, boxing and MMA martial arts experience. During 30-minute personal-training sessions, Jeff tailors an exercise plan to each client's goals and designs workouts suitable for them to achieve success. Jeff works with all levels and ages to maintain and improve mobility, strength and cardio conditioning. Boxing is a great way to keep your workouts fresh and interesting. This workout is designed for a group that consists mostly of people who have never boxed before. Take the time to correct technique now before bad habits are built. If your tentative list includes getting in shape, meeting people, floating like a butterfly, and stinging like a bee, Jeff Marlow will be waiting to help lace up our gloves for an hour-long boxing lesson. As you rotate through various stations and complete a series of drills and exercises, you will receive hands-on instruction from the club's experienced professional trainer Jeff Marlow. Each and every program is created for YOU! We tailor each boxing program based on the need and/or experience of the individual.
