Weekly Runs: Beaverton Monday - 6pm (5-7 miles; all paces welcome) Wednesday - 6pm ( 5-7 miles; 7:30 pace) Thursday - 6pm (3-7 miles, all paces) Weekly Runs: Grand Monday - 6pm (3-5 miles; easy run) Tuesday - 5:45pm (intervals on the track @Catlin Gabel) Thursday - 6 pm (4-6 miles, Thirsty Thursday social afterwards) Sunday Long Run - 8 am (8-15 miles; all paces welcome; meets at various coffee shops in NW Portland)
