Since its founding in 1965 by Willard B. Spalding, the Graduate School of Education (GSE) has been enlightening and inspiring leaders all over around the globe. GSE program offerings include: General Education Licensure, Administrative License, Special Education, Continuing Education, Counselor Education, Educational Leadership and Policy, Curriculum and Instruction, and several specialized programs. Portland State University’s Rehabilitation Counseling graduate degree ranked 23rd by U.S. News & World Report. GSE was ranked one of the Best Graduate Schools for 2015 by U.S. News & World Report.
