He has spent his life studying martial arts under some of the worlds most respected instructors and has received his own instructorships in several systems including Muay Thai, Kali-Eskrima-Silat, Maphilindo Silat, and Combat Submission Wrestling. Khun Kru Wijers also trains both amatuer and professional fighters who compete in Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, and Mixed Martial Arts. It is his hope that all his years of experience allow his students to become the very best they can be. Holding a Black Belt in Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu, It is Keisuke's goal to create a positive environment that is fun, challenging, and educational. Keisuke is known around the Northwest as a gifted competitor and champion of both MMA and regional grappling tournaments. Kru Gabriel Mon is a certified instructor under the Thai Boxing Association of the U.S.A and active competitor in Muay Thai. His classes combine excellent technique and strategy along with an energetic teaching style. Kru Mon lets it be known that the recipe to success in Muay Thai is simple, "Hard work and dedication!"
