We are working on our online presence this summer, with plans to have more professional pictures. One step at a time....Please follow us on Instagram @portlandtutucompany.
Clearly, I need more time....and lots of money! I'm not really in a clothing store, I'm shopping for trim and embellishments. I'm nearly speechless!
And it's a wrap! Final delivery of the last tutu for the 2013/2014 season has happened. Thank you all for your business. I am so fortunate to get to work with each and every one of you! I'm going to take a couple of weeks to get the in-house ballerina ready for her summer intensives. See you all in June!
It's a pretty exciting time at Portland Tutu Company! YAGP 2015 orders are starting to roll in. Be sure to get on the list so you I can plan for your tutu while on my NYC shopping trip in June! All you need to do is email firstname.lastname@example.org and pay a materials fee of $175.00 to secure your place.
About this time every year I anxiously await for photos to be posted from my YAGP dancers. I learn SO much about what I need to improve on, and can begin to plan for the following season. More bling, I say. MORE BLING!
Wow! I'm so grateful for the support! We blew past 200 in the last two days. Thank you all!!
I would really love it if you would share my page with all of your ballet friends/supporters. Not long now to reach 200 likes!
I feel remiss in not posting YAGP pictures. This year, I didn't have much of an opportunity to get pictures before the competition, so I will have to wait until I can get pictures. Perhaps I can talk the resident ballerina into posing for pictures soon!
To all of my lovely dancers--if you have pictures from competitions and you'd be willing to share them. I would love to feature you on this page, Instagram, and our coming website! Please email them to me at email@example.com along with your and/or parent's permission. Thank you!
These videos are terrific! http://m.theatlantic.com/technology/archive/2014/11/ballerinas-preparing-their-pointe-shoes/382495/
