Poulet Your Way's Mission is to provide extraordinary fried and rotisserie chicken that leaves you craving more. It's so convenient that you'll keep coming back again and again. We, Nicole and Francine Gomes welcome you with open arms into our exciting new restaurant. Nicole has over 18 years of experience in many facets of the food industry and has a vast knowledge of different varieties of food. Ultimately, she loves chicken! Nicole competed in Top Chef Canada Season 3 where she competed until the top 5 round. She is the recipient of the "Top 40 under 40" prize, and also earned the Calgary Heralds "Top 20 Compelling Calgarian's 2015" prize. She was also nominated for the "Alberta Women's Entrepreneur of the Year" award. Nicole is very excited to share her top secret chicken breading with you and keep you coming back for the fresh quality, in-house made chicken! Francine also has a wide knowledge of the food industry with over 17 years of experience. She - like her sister - also loves chickens, and has spent the last 5 years gaining an intimate knowledge of chickens on her home acreage. She has also spent 4 years in the finance industry and is confident in her new business venture with her sister! We offer a simple fast casual restaurant that serves high quality southern fried and rotisserie chicken featuring our super top secret breading for a very competitive price. We have a wide range of classic and new school side options to compliment our superior chicken. We eat it every day and you should too! We believe that using fresh food quality ingredients that are prepared fresh onsite puts us above and beyond the competition giving you a product of homemade quality. We are also happy to announce that 1% of all revenue will go towards the Recycling Council of Alberta given its commitment to use recyclable materials as often as possible.
