Welcome to Practically Paleo Bites FB page! I am a small home-based bakery providing goodies for Paleo, grain-free and gluten-free diets. I offer paleo muffins, breads, cereal, crackers and grain-free cookies as well as granola-type bars that I call Hunger Gap Bars. These bars come in a full paleo (no grains) or practically paleo option (contains some oats). These bars are filling and jam packed with wholesome ingredients such as hemp hearts, chia seeds, almond or peanut butter, almond flour, pumpkins seeds, honey and more! Some items I am working on to add to the selection include: Pancake/waffle mix and gourmet cakes.
