Meet Dr. Mark Warren, Dr. Jill Rubano, and Dr. Kevin Smith Dr. Warren Dr. Mark Warren is a graduate of the UCLA School of Dentistry, which is one of the finest dental schools in the United States. There he was a regents scholar granted to the top 2% of students. Dr. Warren is the founder of Prairie Dental Care. It is his continuous vision to listen and personalize each person's treatment to create conservative life long dental health. Dr. Warren is a life member of the American Dental Association, the Clark County Dental Society, and is involved with the Clark County Skills Center Dental Assisting program. Dr. Rubano Dr. Jill Rubano is a top graduate of the prestigious Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. In an effort to continually give the best to her patients, Dr. Rubano takes continuing education courses with emphasis on cosmetic reconstruction, gentle local anesthesia, pain-free dentistry and comprehensive treatment planning. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Clark County Dental Society. Dr. Rubano is married to Chris, who is a physician in Vancouver, has a beautiful daughter named Sophia and a wonderful boy named Brennen. Dr. Smith Dr. Kevin Smith is a graduate of the Creighton University Dental School, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery. He has completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Camp Pendleton, CA, where he gained extensive experience in all areas of dentistry. Since then Dr. Smith has been serving his country in the United States Navy & most recently aboard the USS John C. Stennis, where he took care of all the dental needs of the sailors on board.
