Reflexology is an ancient healing art based on the principles that there are reflexes in the feet, hands, head, face & ears. These points correspond to all the organs, glands and other parts of the body. The Reflexologist uses a unique method of the thumbs and fingers on these reflexes. The benefits include improved circulation, relaxed tension and stress, enhanced immune system, and helps normalize all body functions. Reflexology helps compliment the healing process in many ailments and disease from anemia, asthma, bursitis, chronic fatigue, cramps, Crohn's disease, diabetes, eczema, gout, headaches, heart conditions, infertility, insomnia, lupus, menopause/ menstrual, overall pain, sciatica, thyroid problems, vertigo, whiplash & much more! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I am Prairie Groves, a holistic health student taking Reflexology and Therapeutic Touch. Soon I will be advancing in Nutrition and the journey never ends! Health and wellness have become my passion and I am on a journey to further this love, while helping others heal and advance in their own journeys. I offer 1 hour Reflexology sessions for $45 and 30 minutes for $35. These prices are lower than others because I am a student- hurry up and take advantage before I no longer am!! I work mobile, so I can come to your home or business and work there, we can always work something out if this does not suit your needs.
