About the Inn: The original Pratt Place house was built in 1895, and purchased by the Pratt family in 1900, along with the 140 surrounding acres. Over 6 million dollars were spent renovating the property, and in 2008, Pratt Place Inn and Barn opened. The Inn is a luxurious hideaway for travelers through the area. It is furnished in Asian and European antiques, including a wedding chest from the Qing dynasty era and a 17th century French armoire in every guest room. The Inn has been in the Pratt family for over 100 years, currently operated by the third and fourth generation owners. Event Venues: Pratt Place Barn Recognized by Martha Stewart Wedding magazine as the premier wedding venue in Arkansas, Pratt Place Barn can accommodate up to 350 people, while including amenities such as air conditioning, heat, restrooms, and catering storage. Magnolia Dining Room This space is perfect for a rehearsal dinner or smaller wedding. Including the stone patio, the Dining Room can seat around 150 people. Pratt Place Cottage Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Cottage is a great fit for small, intimate weddings. Equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a gorgeous terrace, the cottage is also ideal for peaceful getaways. Hickory Conference Room Wireless Internet, a projector and screen, and peace and quiet are all included with this meeting facility that can house up to 30 individuals.
