Preston Pudding Company is a pudding bar serving homemade pudding, made fresh daily. Customers can sample as many flavors as they please before making their final selection. Pudding will be served from behind a counter in a standard size cup, and you can tell the servers how many scoops of pudding you desire. The cup of pudding will then be handed to you, and you will be able to sprinkle as many toppings as you please on top. You will bring the cup to the register and it will be weighed on a scale (in ounces). The price will be based on the weight of the cup with pudding and toppings included. The business will be set up as a Limited Liability Corporation. It will require a small amount of employees: a cashier, a maintenance worker, and a pudding maker.
